Google Cloud Functions Video

The Google Cloud Marketing team came to us with a need to create an animated video to help launch Cloud Functions, a compute solution for developers to create single-purpose functions that respond to Cloud events without the need to manage a server or runtime environment. They wanted a lot of personality in the video to help balance out the technicality of the subject matter because it needed to resonate with developers, makers, and builders. We started off with a script, making sure we had the correct wording to accurately explain the product, then storyboards, animatics, voice over, music, and final animations.
