Using money as a tool, not a goal with Thrivent
In early 2020 Thrivent set an ambitious goal to become a leader in financial advisory space, grow their core businesses of insurance and investments, and help three million customers achieve greater clarity with their finances. To do this they needed to better meet the needs of their target growth segments by introducing new services and a new platform to connect with clients.
At this point Thrivent had never had an app, had multiple web experiences for different products, were rolling out a new brand, and were facing an aging customer population which required them to evolve to meet the needs of target growth segments.
